¿¿ Not a valid Pocket PC Application ??

I have a dell axim x3, 300 mhz, 32 megabytes of ram. I downloaded 4 programs from the freewareppc site and transfered it from my computer using ActiveSync. When I tried opening everysingle program it said exactly, "Agile Messenger is not a valid Pocket PC application. I tried moving it into the programs folder and different areas by copy and paste, but no luck. I know that it is a valid ppc app. HELP

You need to run them on your Desktop, ActiveSync will install them to PPC.
