Hmm Axim X3i does not connect... at all

After working as it should my pda decided that ActiveSync sucks and connecting via that thing is sucks too.

Basically upon physically conecting to the computer Axim displays "User Authenticated" message and sits there forever. ActiveSync on the PC shows "Connecting" and sit there forever as well. So far I have reinstalled ActiveSync at least a few times (3.7 and 3.7.1) I soft resetted and hard resetted Axim, I also tried to connect it on a few different PCs. Same result.

My girlfriend's Axim X5 connects and syncs just fine on the same system where mine hangs and does nothing. Frankly, it pisses me off.

Any ideas as to what should I do?

What's the Dell's support email I can use for this kind of problem? (Canada)
