I seem to have problems with Pocket Internet Explorer clicking on ‘listen-live’ links on pages, especially if it has any javascript. So, I viewed the page source, and figured out that the link for the ‘listen-live’ butten points to:
So, I emailed it to myself, and while WiFi, clicked on the link. It indeed launched internet explorer, which then launched Windows Media Player. It only plays for a few seconds, and then abruptly closes Windows Media Player. Sometimes, it closes the player before it even starts playing.
What gives? Is it a conspiracy?
Thanks for being liberal with your help & suggestions.

In reality your probably just overloading the poor PDa with more then it can do. WiFi speeds very a LOT and so you may not be getting a steady stream of data, this can cause some of the programs to shut down.

Reason: politics
I extracted the actual link that is within the site.

Give it a try and see if that fixes your issue.

Gigi, I agree with you but my statement had nothing to do with politics. I was trying to help the original poster stream AAR on his Axim. Perhaps you can go back and remove the political statements and leave my post for reference.

Hello Mike,
In addition to the methods I posted above, you can now stream AAR without any breaks in connection using the new Windows Media Player 10 for Windows Mobile. I have been testing it out on my wifi connection and have yet to be disconnected.
Do you not see that the gist of my message is about solving his streaming audio dilemma and not about the content of the stream? I could care less if streaming content was political, musical, or porn.
