Urgent Help needed With Appointment Problem

Posted this problem before but no responses, so here goes again...

If I schedule an appointment on my Axim (WM2003SE) and have several lines of notes (not excessive, maybe just fill the screen, 10 or 11 lines, ie. name, address, phone #, and some details, pressing enter to drop down between lines). I OK the appointment. Everything is fine until I sync. ActiveSync Runs and goes through the process, then goes back to Calander again and syncs another appointment (Thats when I think the problem is occuring). When I go and look at the appointmet again the entire notes section is GONE on both outlook and PPC. On the PPC it says [message Truncated]. In outlook notes are blank.

I usually run Pocket Informant, and SPB Pocket Plus on the PPC. I did a hard reset and reinstalled activeSync. I can duplicate the problem over and over even with no software installed on PPC so I'm pretty sure it's an ActiveSync or Outlook thing.

If I make an appointment in Outlook I can make as many notes as I want and they will sync to PPC no problem and stay there.

Anyone have any idea how to rectify this?? and if anyone cares to try and do it on their ppc and let me know if the same thing happens?
