Can I use the X30 to dial a number through a BT phone?

Is it possible to go to your phonebook and pick a contact and dial their phone number via a BT phone? Or do you have to have two phonebooks? One in your phone and another in your PDA.

So far the only use I see for BT is to use your phone as a modem. Any other useful application for BT? I'm buying a new phone soon and I'm debating if I have to get a BT-enabled one or not.

The phone I like doesn't have it and that's why I'm trying to find out if I would use it or not. I'm not too crazy about using it as a modem ($$$).

I use BT on my X30 with GPS.

You can also use your PDA as cellphone, see 'stanaphone','skype', or 'firefly' software application for more information.

If you want, instead of using WiFi as hotsync with your computer, you can do it through BT as well (if your computer supports it)

You can do this and a whole lot more. Check out the Bluetooth Guide located here.
