Outlook deleting messages

I am a new X30H/Pocket PC user and I have a question about the version of Outlook that comes with it. On normal outlook on the PC, there's an option that allows you to leave the messages on the server. I haven't found that on the X30H yet and painfully saw my emails deleted off the server after I deleted them from the inbox on the X30H. I'd like to be able to read my emails from my various POP accounts out there without deleting them from the server. Is there something I'm doing wrong here or is this just not setup to do this? If not, is there another email client out there that will let you keep the email on the server? Thanks for the help, this site is great!
