Synchronizing outlook

Hello,

I use on my desktop ms outlook but when i connect via usb cradle my Axim X30 with the Desktop the mails are not synchronized..?? - or will only these mails synchronized which i have not yet read in my ms outlook??

Did you go into the options tab and check mail? Are your contacts and notes synced?

What do you mean with that? i do not know what options tab and check mail you mean?

Maybe i misunderstood something. Is it not possible that when i synchronise the MS Outlook with the Messaging on the PocketPc that the existing emails will be transfered to the PocketPc and not only the new mails?? - because when my PocketPc is connected via usb cradle with the Desktop and i am getting a new mail, this will be then transfered to the PocketPc, but not the mails which already exist before i connect the PocketPc with the Desktop and synchronize them.
