Dell Data Backup Version 2.10 Utility

I just wanted to see if anyone can help me with this. I used the Dell Data Backup utility on my Axim x30 and chose the option to "Back up all data". I then restored this backup and found that it didn't backup items such as my wireless profile and stuff. Is this utility supposed to restore it back to the way it was or just backup the files (data) on the device?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do a full backup of the device that will be able to restore the backups back to the state it was in at the time of the backup? I know there are 3rd party solution such as Sprite, but I'm looking for a free solution. Does ActiveSync's backup do this?

I used the ActiveSync backup/Restore and it worked for everything except for the date on the PDA.
