Ok need some help here removing something

i had installed zagat to go demo, then it wouldn't let me unistall it normaly so i deleted it from file manager, so i reinstalled it to see if i could remove it normally but the same tihng happened, so my point is, i have the 2 short cuts in the programs menu...they are basically nothing since the programs are no longer installed but i dont want them there, how can i get rid of the shortcuts.. u cant hold down and delete there?

this kind of question belongs more in the PDA NEWBIE forum.

start-->programs-->file explorer-->windows --> start menu --> programs --> manually delete the two shortcuts.

dont worry, only these shortcuts remain, so once you delete them the program will be fully uninstalled.

Use the file explorer to navigate to Windows\Start Menu

You should be able to find it and delete it from there.
