X30 Can't Edit Appointment

My wife's new X30 will not allow her to open and edit her appointments within the calendar. Can anyone help?

without any futher information about how exactly your wife is going about trying to edit appts but when you click on an appt it brings you to a screen that shows you the description of the appt and any other information (ie notes) associated with the appt. You then need to click "Edit" on the bottom left of the screen to actually enter edit mode. If you have tried this and it still doesnt work reply back.
