Auto Power On after Power Failure

Does anyone know if there is a way to automatically have the Axim turn on after a power failure. I am using the x30 as an always-on controller for playing scheduled music and have found that after a power failure, it automatically turns off after the set number of minutes to preserve memory (which is good), but when power is reapplied, it does not turn on until you hit the power button.

I have heard of HP IPAQ users complaining about their units turning on automatically to alert them of an appointment, so I was hoping there is some way to have the Axim automatically turn on, even if that meant scheduling fake appointments in the future to force an auto-power-on event.

Umm... you just schedule a new appointment and have it turn on the alarm... and its the Operating System that does this, not specific PPCs
