White Screen

Hi folks !
I ve recently bought a Dell Axim X30 with wireless integrated. And I have this problem: when connect the PPC for charge and then disconnect the AC adapter my DELL AXIM turns to sleep mode and never comes back, i see a white screen and I can not doing anything. And I can not power off de PPC. Ehen i try a software reset the same happens (i get the white screen). And when i try a hardware reset and then i dont do it (or remove the batery) my PPC comes back the live and starts respond to me?

What could happens? How can i solve that problem?

Well, call Dell. If you're not in the US, maybe their support will be better. Ask for the head support person if they seem to be a problem. Tell them about it and they ought to send you a new axim. They usually will with a little convincing.

Turn your power-on password off. See if that makes a difference.

There are known issues with power/onoff problems with the X30. Call Dell.
