Easy way of restoring files?

Hi all. I'm just about to upgrade from an X3 to X30 and was wondering if there's a neat way to transfer all files/ apps/ data/ from one device to the other - hoping there's a way of avoiding entering about 20 sets of registration keys etc.

(I assume the storage card will simply switch from X3 to X30 so this relates to stuff in internal storage/ memory)
