Conflicting AO5 info
I'm wondering whether I should install AO5. I've seen many bug reports and since my X30H seems to be working great, I'm thinking about not even worrying about it. Or, is it not really a big deal meaning that I should go ahead and get it? Any comments?

I'm the exact opposite ... if it can be faster or smaller... I will upgrade.
So far I'm pretty happy with A05... even though i had to monkey around with the registry to get wmp to work properly.
To each their own.

A05 is perfectly fine. At least with me it is. Resets are so much faster. That alone is worth the upgrade.

A05 works perfectly for me. I connect wi-fi at work and a free wi-fi at home. Someone has a wi-fi network near my house...Everything seems to be faster as well.

A05 is fine, but just like the A02 update, you have to only backup PIM and important files because a full system backup/restore will cause bugs from A0X to A05.
If you don't feel like taking an hour or two to reinstall everything and restore all your settings, then don't update your ROM because you will have bugs.
With the A02 update, it was the odyssey client, now it seems to be the WMP 10.
I did a fresh start with only a PIM restore and A05 works just fine, WMP and all. The WiFi Power management works now as well.

Thats why I install the majority of my programs to my memory card. I just have to recopy the shortcuts to the start menu. I only install system management software and a picture viewer on the main meomory.
BTW A05 is great. I cant comment too much yet as I just got it but like someone said earlier the resets are faster and wifi power management now works. And there is a dell logo on one of the desktops insteand of the windows logo. I would rather have the dell logo there than windows, hehehehe.

A05 should work perfectly if you don't restore a backup after flashing. Also, the only problem I've had after restoring is a screwed up WMP, which I never use anyway. When Dell fixes that bug I'll upgrade again, but a proken WPM is no big deal to me right now.
