Is there a way to transfer documents to a computer that doesn't have active sync?
I'm wanting to transfer some word documents from my ppc onto a computer that doesn't have active sync (school computer) is there a way to do this using a usb cable?

Buy a memory-card reader, and plug your SD card to it.
That's probably the easiest.

Or:
Beam via IrDA
Copy via Wifi/BT.
What kind of files are you thinking of? Some are converted through AS by default so you may need workarounds for these.

When you save your word documents they default to Pocket Word format, but you can Save As MS Word format, which will transfer with no problem.

Certainly can - I should have included that in the list :)
You do it using the BT Wizard to exchange the files.

Try the Jumpdrive Trio. It's small, portable, and works with SC, MMC, and Memory Stick! You can find them at Wally World for under $20
