CHANGE US ROM by FRENCH ROM ?

i'm french and i will have soon the opportunity to buy a axim x30 624 in US.
My question : Is it possible to change the US ROM by the French ROM ?
I mean that i want everything to be in French for my AXIM x30 (exept the price !!!!)
Friend of mine already have a "FRENCH" axim x30 624, he bought it in France

no it will f up ur axim...no u can't change us rom to french rom or vice versa...in order to do this u have to hack it. but i won't recommend it.

I think that someone else was trying to switch the other way round inorder to get the US/ English A05 rom version.
So I dont see why you could not use whatever version of the rom is availiable on the French Dell download site and downgrade.
