Need some help (urgent!)

I installed a software called JS landscape adn it said i had to reset my ppc for the effects to take place, bt now after the restet it just stays at the blue dell screen and doesnt go forward I removed the program from the SD it was installed on, but still i get this prob! Please someone tell me there is a way to fix this without having to delete all my internal memory cause i have like 300 phone numbers stored and would hate to loose those..someone please help :exc:

I tried the hard reset, but choosing not to delete data, but that didnt work :( I hope someone can tell me a way to get it workin

All i need from the internal memory is my phone numbers, if there was some way to save thsese or copy them or somethin before the hard reset that would be great, but i cant even access the ppc via sync or anything, just the dell blue screen

it sounds like your going to have to do a hard reset and put in your info again but the axim does have a back up program to back up everything to the sd card might be somthing to look into for next time

lots of people say sprit is realy good i just use the one built into the axim it works fine for me

dont give up just yet you might find a way to get your stuff back try taking off the main batt for a min and then put it back on other then that im not sure what else to do but ask around you might find something that works but as a rule of thumb i make a backup before i install something just in case

For the built in "data backup", go to the start menu, programs, it usually on the second line called Data Backup". Also worth taking a look at Sprite Backup, cost's a bit but IMHO, it's worth it. Thier URL is as follows:

http://www.spritesoftware.com/home.html

good luck.
