Sync Multiple Calendars from Outlook?

I've looked around on several forums and never got a good answer. Is there a program that you can sync 2 calendars? At work on Outlook I have my personal calendar and the company calendar. I would think there would be more of a demand for this.

Intellisync by Pumatech will synch multiple Outlook folders -- calendars, tasks, and contacts. There might be other titles out there that do this also, but this is the only one I know of.

I do just that with Intellisync. Only downside is that Intellisync seems to be the only program that will allow you to do this and they know it so they charge a crap load of money for their program.
