Also, the backlight icon on the PP today screen doesn't seem to work with the x50v. Any chances of a fix for this?

I found this when I went to SBP support website:

7. Today Plug-In. Backlight control does not work on my Pocket PC.
Backlight implementation is different on different Pocket PC devices. We continue adding backlight support for other Pocket PC devices. Minor update versions will include backlight support for other devices. You can help us by downloading a special wizard- like program that collects all necessary information to add backlight support for this device. This ARM/XScale executable program can be downloaded from:DeviceInformationCollectorTool.exe. Please note, that this is not an installation file - you should save it on your Pocket PC and run it from there tapping on this file's icon in Pocket File Explorer.

I resubmitted the bug with PIE menu displaying boxes and number 4 and also not functioning. I also mentioned that there were some negative comments about SPB's lack of interest in fixing this issue on these forums. That was Monday, I am still waiting for a response.

I did the same last Saturday and got a response on Monday. It was along the lines of "this can happen on some devices. It will be fixed in the next release".
They did not give a date for the next release. :thumbsdow
At least they acknowledged the problem and said it will be fixed (eventually...).

Hi all,
Just got my Ax x50v. Running the trial of Pocket Plus 2.2. I'm also having the problem with the little squares with the "4" in the middle when looking at the names of other open PIE windows.

Any word on a new release to fix this?

The Pictures wallpaper issues been fived to. I've moved on to an X50v, could some of our X30 users verify my results with your devices?

I just upgraded to version 2.5 on my X30 High. I can verify the results.
