Adobe Acrobat 2

I've been trying to download Adobe Acrobat Reader 2 onto my Axim 30. I thought I had uninstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader 1 but I keep on getting an error message on the InstallShield saying that I need to uninstall AA 1 first.

Any one any experience or comments on this.

Thanks
Brian

I install it a few weeks ago but never put it back in after A05 update. If everything fails you will have to hard reset. Look using file explorer and delete any Adobe related folder. If the registry is reporting this it is definitely a hard reset.

No need to do a hard reset. I had this problem too. Make sure you delete it off your DESKTOP computer too! Acrobat 2 is great...much better than the old version.

Thanks for the tip, I will try to remember this one. So simple but not so obvious.

Error message with Adobe Acro. 2

Used Adobe Acrobat 1.0 with out a problem. Loaded v 2.0 and now when I call up an Adobe file I get an error message that reads "This is not a supported form type". The file, however, still opens. Any idea on what is causing this error?
