cannot open word doc

I cannot open any of my word dcuments. whan I hightlight a document and double click on it nothing happens. When I hold the stylus on the dcument, I get the pop up options to delte the file or rename it and... I don't know what is going on and how I can fix this. Any help is appreciated....

hmmm... try using activesync to transfer the files to ur pc , and into .doc format. see if you can open these files on your desktop. if not, then its beyond me im afraid.

I've had Pocket Word fail me once, last month. Couldn't figure it out at all. Tried looking around the registry, everywhere else... then I decided that this, and Sprite Backup failing to load for the first time, were good enough excuse to upgrade my X5 to WM2003. That fixed it. A hard reset would too, of course. Sorry, not much help.
