Anyway to get Activesync to back up the SD card?

After the data on my SD card got corrupted I had to do a hard reset on my X30High. I then tried to restore using my backup done using ActiveSync..only to find that Activesync had not backed up my SD card so I had to reinstall a lot of my apps (and refind the ones installed from CAB files).

Is there a way to force Activesync to backup the SD card as well as the stuff on the internal memory?

I don't think so. However, you could try Sprite Backup which has many more features than what is included in the ActiveSync Backup utility.
