Active sync not syncing..

i have the axim x30 and was syncing my contacts w. outlook xp, and it worked fine.
i upgraded to outlook 2003 and now it wont see my contacts. my contact folder tree goes like this:

contacts, (no contacts in this folder)
clients
customers
resources
friends
family
if i put a couple of contacts in the main "contact" directory, it will find them. but it doesnt see any contacts in the sub-directories. i opened the active sync software on computer, highlighted "contacts" and went to settings, but there was no option these to select any directories.

Delete the Partnership, and create a new one.

Agreed.. if that does not work, might try re-installing Active-Sync. I use Outlook 2003 and it works fine. Also I don't see it effecting it but might want to make sure you have all the Office Updates as well.

try uninstalling activesync completely, then install it again and create a new partnership

Sorry fellas, i must b seriously missing something....i uninstalled and re-download/re-installed active sync, highlighted "contacts" selected "options" and there was no way to get past "contacts"...no way to browse to my sub directories/contacts below the main contact tree....any ideas??

i also jus tries this...i made 4 categories on my pc, (clients, customers, resources, friends) and included all the people in there respected categories. then i went to active sync, contacts, options, and didnt c the categories i made in the categories box....
