Any trick for navigating the Dell coupon/discount quagmire?
Looking through the many coupon sites, and Dell's own sites, its hard to feel like you've found the right deal. Its like it made purposely difficult by Dell.
Is there any good, consolidated deal site? Or, online resellers that are trustworthy? Anyone know what the ebay resellers pay for the X30-624 they get from Dell?
I'm looking/holding out for an X30-624 (new or refurb) for about $250 before tax.
If you find it at $250, my wife is going to have a very merry christmas

Man, I hear you.... It was incredibly frustrating following all the different (and often not compatible) coupons and discounts when shopping for my Dell X30 624. I didn't get the best deal, but I finally just ordered it.
Here's a couple cool coupon sites I found, I think they all usually have the same deals:
Also, here's a great tip. Some of the coupons can't be used on "Dell configurable" items, meaning that you can't run through the product configuration screen adding accessories and configuring the item AND use the coupon. So here's a link to a page that explains what you have to do in order to use coupons and still add other items to your order. The example on this page was for a specific deal for a Dell X50 but the method works on any order:
Looking through the many coupon sites, and Dell's own sites, its hard to feel like you've found the right deal. Its like it made purposely difficult by Dell.

Thanks,

I just got an Axim X30/624Mhz from eBay for 290. This was with a sync cable, Cradle, and Rhino Hardcase. So, you can come close to 250.

Reason: typos
Keep a sharp eye out on these boards. Most ppl share info on coupons and deals.
Also keep checking the official Dell website. They normally offer 10% and 15% bacisally weekly. Don't ever pay retail for an Axim. Wait it out for a good deal and coupons. Dell gives them out like candy on Halloween!
Just get your cash in order and be ready to go the second you find a good deal.

well as said very rightly we hear a lot about dell deals and coupons but when you actually look for one, its hard to find. Although the fact is Dell do come up with some incredible saving coupon from time to time and because of its huge popularity its goes off pretty fast. So the trick is to keep visiting Dell.com or alternately subscribe to deals and coupons web site for their weekly deal and coupon alert and they will send you emails every week with deals and coupons. I like www.pccounter.net for deals and coupons on technology products. you can find Dell Computer Deals or Dell Laptop Deals

Yeah, look at em closer, they are both spammers. What i want to know is since when did people with 1 post be able to post links. Maybe the setting got reset when the site was wiped. Either way im reporting these spammers to the mods.
Also, I think Chris needs to know that people with 1 post are able to post links.
