Networking

I'm a newby to the wireless PPC. I have a Axim X30 and I can not get it to work on my office wireless network. It shows that i'm connected but i do not get an ip address nor am i able to browse the internet. I can browse the internet while synched. Should i be able to ping thing and how do i set the address?

You won't be able to ping if you're not getting an IP address assigned. Are you able to connect to any other wireless networks? If you are, I'd suggest making sure that your DNS settings are right to connect at your workplace.

How do i do that. if i go into network troubleshooting it gives me a 192.168.55.x address that is not part of my network. my dns setting are part of my private network. if i could get an address from my dhcp server i think it would work.
