pocket word prg files. can i erase???

hi. guys quick question.

whenever I save a word document on my axim it creates a file, lets call it .... "essay1.psw"

but it also creates a file called "essay1.prg"

I dont know what this second file is for.

Can anyone tell me, and let me know if I can safely erase this without any negative consequences?
