How do I sync the info on a comp. to my X30 and not the other way around??

I had all my info, pics, and things like I liked in both my work computer and home computer, I did a hard reset on my PDA (for another reason) so I cliked on "Restore back up". The one back up I had in my PDA's internal memory was from a couple of week ago, and I had changed a couple of things (contacts, domcument) since then. When I did the sync on my home computer my contacts and calender were changed to what was on that Back up date. On my work computer the info is still as I would like it. HOW DO I GET MY PDA TO SYNC WITH MY WORK COMPUTER, BUT GET THE INFO FROM MY WORK COMPUTER TO MY PDA AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND??? One's I do that how do I sync my PDA with my home computer so that the newly updated info on my PDA is updated on my home computer. Bottom line is I want both my home computer and PDA to have what my work computer has???

When I did my hard rest it synced all of my contacts came thru from my computer, I am using the most current version of active sync, and all my contacts are in outlook. So i dont really see where the problem is. What have you tried?

Well like I said, I had done a Hard Res., then a Memory Restore that brought back everything from a week or so ago. As of this morning the info in my comp was "perfect" and the one on my pda was behind, I synced and the info in my pda BECAME the info in my home comp. vs the other way around. I still have my work comp. wich has everything as I would like it, I just want to make sure that when I sync tomorrow I get the info in my work comp. in to my pda and not the other way around... :rolling:

I think I tried that ones but it dint let me use the user name as on the comp. (since it was repeated) so I had to re-make a new folder and I practicaly had to re-do everything again (except contacts and calendar). :exc:

Ok I think I understand whats going on there. Here is what you need to do. In microsoft Active Sync go to Tools | Options | and click on the rules tab. Ensure that "Always replace the item on my device" is selected in both the server and desktop. I think that should fix what's going on. Hope that helps you out...
