Contacts/Tasks No Checkbox

Hi everyone, when I go into ActiveSync Options, everything has a checkbox next to it for syncing except for "Contacts" and "Tasks". I have Office 2003, I tried a quick soft reset on the AXIM X30, that didn't work, installed SP1 for Office 2003, that didn't do it either. I've got Outlook Contacts and Contacts open on both, and also made sure in the ActiveSync options that it's not configured to contact a server, nothing seems to wanna make the checkboxes appear so I can sync Contacts/Tasks. Newest ActiveSync version too.

When your Axim is NOT in its cradle - open Activesync and go to file>delete partnership.

Then connect your Axim and create a new partnership - that should allow you to sync those options.
