Trying to sync with the RIGHT calander

This might be a little confusing - BUT, I have Outlook that I use with my small business and I have my personal email info as a tab on it as well. I just purchased the Dell Axim and sync'd it - and it didn't sync the right calendar. How do I direct it to the correct calendar tab? Because on Outlook you cannot erase calendars - and there are two that are on there that I do not use. I know this is a little different - is there anyone that can help?

You can only sync with the main calendar that outlook creates when it is installed. No sub-calendars will be posted.
