Never off, no matter what time I choose

I don't understand this.
I have my x30h set so if it is idle for 1 minutes it dims.
If idle for 3 minutes it is supposed to turn off.
It dims but I see it on with no back light after 5 10 15 minutes.
Am I missing something or what?

Any ideas?
Thanks

I set my X30 idle settings to mimic yours - seems to dim & turn-off just fine for me.
Mine is the mid-level version, and I've had it for less than a week.
Good luck,
Mark

I really don't know what to say. I guess try a soft reset, lol, they seems to fix a lot of problems. If that doesn't work try setting it at the same settings with different times, and see if that works. Other than that, well, I don't know...

Sorry if I am insulting you with this thought....

But you do know there are different settings for in the cradle and for on battery power, right? Are you checking it when on battery power or in the cradle.

Yes I am aware of the different options.
Battery and external, power.
I am concerned with battery since I don't really have to worry about the A/C running out...
As long as I pay the bill that is!!!
Thanks
