Using Axim x30 to record phone conversation via bluetooth headset

I am a fairly new user of my Dell Axim X30 high. I have a Jabra Freespeak 250 which I use with my Siemens s56 mobile phone. I occasionally give remote lectures via the cell phone and headset and would like to also record these sessions. Does anyone know if it is possible to have the Axim X30 "listen in" and record the conversation from the Jabra headset which it is also connected to the mobile phone? Can bluetooth support multiple connection to/from the same device?

Yes, the axim can pair with the freespeak-250, BUT the freespeak only can pair to one device at a time (which is a major pita btw)
