appointments with contacts

We have lists of contacts or clients
Is there a simple way to repeat appts on the calendar. Must each appt be typed in. Have several clients that we see weekly.

If I understand the quesrtion correctly, type in the first instance of the appointment as normal in the calendar. Under the Occurs option select your option to repeat the appointment. You can use the <edit pattern..> option to set end dates, etc.

In addition to Jogga's advice - if they are not on a regular pattern (ie same time each week) you can copy and drag them to other days by holding the "Ctrl" key down in Outlook on your desktop (the Ctrl key acts as a Copy button).

Easy! Move to the "Attendees" entry. Touch here and see a list of your contacts. Check the ones to enter. :)

I use the repeating meetings function all the time, then go back and delete the weeks when the meeting is cancelled i.e. New Years Day, sometimes its easier to delete 2 exceptions then to individually type in 20 appointments, this is nice too because then i take notes in the appointment and it shows up in the write up for every appointment there after.
