I haven't tried it myself, but the Resco Keyboard Pro (http://www.resco-net.com/keyboard.asp) has a hebrew layout and says that it allows you to write in more than 20 languages. They've got a free 14 day trial, so it can't hurt to try it out.

A trail version? You need to buy a separate version for city and wilderness use? I've never heard of such a thing.
