Question Files - 1 item not syncronized.

For some time now, on every sync I'm getting: Files - 1 item not syncronized.
I tried to remove all the files from the sync process, the "My Documents" directory is empty, except for the directories, which are also empty.
No programs are running during the sync process.
M$ Active Sync 3.7.1, WM2003.
How do I get the file name, that it can't syncronize?

Welcome to Aximsite,
I would purchase a copy of Sprite backup. This is what I did. It solved many of my backup problems including the one you are having. For you error though did you look in the PPC for a log file stating the name of the file?

That's exactly the point. It doesn't say the name of the file.
And it is not like version conflict, that you can resolve. Just the message in the subject line.

When you backup with sprite on efile also doesn't get done and it doesn't make a difference as this file is regenerated everytime you connect and sync the unit. The file may be the same, GCounterFile.MMF located in \Windows\Activesync.

look in you PCs folder that syncs files with your Axim, I had a file in there that was too big and the error message was as vague. If something doesn't stand out, compare what is on your PC with what is on your Axim. If it is on the PC and not the Axim, that is the problem file.
Otherwise try moving files out of sync'd folders and see if the erro goes away.
