Shutdown V1.1 HELP!!

Hey all-

I downloaded the Shutdown v1.1 freeware to shut off my x30h. Well, it has the choice to shutdown and lock. I had a alphanumberic password , and thought that that would be the code. When i turned my axim back on, it asked for a 4 -digit numeric code. It never asked me for a password on shutdown, so I dont know what the code is! I tired soft resetting it, but that didnt work.

What should I do? Would a hard reset work? What would a hardset do to my system?

Please help anyone!

i t shouldnt do anything bad to your system. I will erase everything that you installed since you bought your axim. Hope your back up is current.

No =( i have not backed up anything. Will it still keep everything the axim came with though?

It should return to its original state when new..

yes. I was scared to hard reset mine the first time too. It comes back just like when you first opened the box. The OS is stored on a ROM and will restart like the first time when you hard reset.

bummer no back up...I try to back mine up at least 2 times a week since stuff changes so much on it. I back up to my work PC and my home PC and to the spare SD card. Been lucky though and not had to use the back ups...
