Did a Hard Reset now won't turn on! HELP! PLease!!!

I just did a hard reset...held in the reset button and power button and my axim x30 now won't turn on at all.. Please help! Ijust got this axim three days ago....Please!

I tried both, another hard reset and a soft reset and it still wont turn on. WHat should I do?

As Rob said - you need to do another soft reset in order for the device to start again :)

We usually hard reset our QA devices about 4-5 times a day and some still work after two years of abuse so I don't think you have to worry to much.

I did a soft reset and it still wont turn on...should I wait a while ...or take out the battery? I am panicking here guys!

Ho :rolling: I see you replied while I was writing my answer

After you soft reset, you tried clicking the power button?

Also, try to connect your device to the power for 10-20 minutes, might be out of battery

I did try the power button...nothing....I charged it all night, so I knwo it is not out of power!

Remove the battery for about 30 minutes (or at least until the back-up battery has died) and then try another hard reset.

are you Sure that you tried all of this? i guess i would do all this twice and if that doesnt work then send it in

I usually take out the battery let it 'cool' for a while (hour or so) then reinstall battery and voila! everything is back to normal.

I have also noticed that a lot of problems come from - shall we say - less than perfect batteries?
