are you serious? have you called Dell about this? they should give you alot of extras for that wait. has you order been processed? it could be something with you credit card?

You may get the device next week if you cancel this purchase and order one again. Other members have done it and it worked for them.

WOW...my wife just ordered the X30h for me for Christmas...she ordered it on the 15th of December and was told 2-3 days for shipping...when it wasn't here on the 20th she called and they overnighted it for her and she had it on the 21st (in time for Christmas :D)
