Axim X30 Exchange Sync Problems

We (3 of us) have Small Business Server 2000 as a repository of contact information and Outlook 2003 on our PCs. I can get our new AXIM's to sync to the desktop Outlook files but they refuse to sync to any of the shared folders on Exchange. All the Exchange setting are correct. ActiveSync just keeps giving the message "Sync Status is on the device". Dell tech support is not able to suggest anything. I would be greatful for any suggestions.

I would think MS would be your best source of info/faqs. Did you contact them or search their site?

I was not aware that ActiveSync could sync with public folders, only private.
