email problems

I have an Axim X30 which is a joy to use except when I try to log on to my Comcast email or my work email through "webmail.com/...". When I connect to the internet, I can log in to both accounts and see the listing of emails that I have. But then I cannot open any emails. I bought SPB Pocket Plus to allow me to have multiple IE screens open at one time, but that did not solve the problem. It's very frustrating.

I would bet the problem is that your webmail provider is running Javascript, which isn't supported in PIE.

Do a google for the PPC browser called Netfront 3.1 (sorry, no link available...I'm at work). Netfront can handle some Javascript and 'might' let you use your webmail. It's not a free app, though, but I'm sure it has a trial version.

Thanks, I'll give that a try today and let you know.

The problem(s) with comcast mail are well documented on this forum.

I don't believe it's related to Javascript, but rather authentication requirements.
