i know there is a way to strem music your from your computer over wifi, but i dunt know about bluetooth. i don't think bluetooth would be a good idea becuase of its poor range.

someone else should be able to give you more info about wifi streaming.

Yes you can stream movies and music over BT. However, the stream rate is so slow that movies will lag BIG TIME and music will occasionally lag too.

The best way to stream movies and music to the Axim is over WiFi. If you dont have a wireless router/ap/gateway you can set up an Ad Hoc connection to do so.

Yes, BT is much slower that WiFi, & wasn't designed for high speed data transmission.

That's what I figured on, but since I got a phone on the way that is BT, I thought I would go BT all the way, whoops.

Oh well, when I get some spare cash, i'll get a USB Wifi adapter and hook it into my wired network.

cheers, and thanks.

Well, I use a flat tariff for my gprs connection and sometimes I use my Bt phone to stream music to my Axim from shoutcast.com. I works flawless but only with low transfer rates (bitrate around 33 kbps) and mono radio stations .

thats true. I should have been more specific. You will get better streams with extremely low bit rates. Once you start streaming something that is halfway decent, though, you will find lags.
