Sync issues: Contacts

I am really a novice with my pocket PC and would love some help. We hooked the Axim X30 up to our laptop and were able to sync, sort-of. It appears to sync only one-way - to the laptop and not the other way. None of my contacts, calendar items, tasks... transfered from the desktop to the laptop. I have Outlook 2002 on the desktop. 2003SE on the Axim. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help.

This is configured in the ActiveSync options on your PC. I'n not on my PC, so I can't provide the setting to change.
