Fonts, icons, ASync newbie questions

Just acquired an X30 High. What an incredible machine!

I have some questions; I've tried checking archives and FAQs, so apologies if these are repeats:

1) Is there any way to change the Start>Programs display so the programs show with little rather than large icons (as they do with File Explorer)?

2) I'm using Mocha Telnet (this is an awesome telnet/ssh program, by the way), and they tell me that the font set which it uses is the "OS font set." Where are the OS fonts? How do I add to them?

3) How do I set up ASync so that I can put the X30 in its cradle without necessarily initiating the sync process and then start a sync process when I wish by the equivalent of pushing a button? I've tried every combination I know of settings for ASync on the PC and the X30, but I don't seem to be able to get it to do this. Either the sync process starts anyway, or the PC doesn't think the X30 is connected.

Again, apologies if the answers to these questions are well known, and thanks for any help/advice.

OK, figured out the fonts -- you can copy any TType font to the /Windows/Font directory on the X30 .... :)
