sending/recieving delay usingx3i on wi-fi

can anyone explain if i send myself a test e-mail using my normal pc, the test e-mail comes back almost straight away, when i do the same process using my x3i the test mail often doesnt come thru till the next day even.!
very strange indeed.

It should not have anything to do with the PPC. Since the message is getting through in both cases you know the server is receiving them. Why it would wait longer to route it from the PPC has me stumped.

Anyone else???

The most obvious thing I can think of is he's using the activesync profile and it doesn't send until he syncs with the PC.

in reply, no i am not using active sync to send them. i did another test last night, they were sent at 7.30pm, and never came thru till 4.30am the next morning, its really weird to say the least, they send from the ppc fine..they just take ages to return thru the ppc, anyone else have this problem?
