with your PDA out of the cradle go to active sync, File, Delete partnership. Then I think you need to change the name in your PDA. on the ax30 go start, settings, About, Device ID and change it to what you want. I am not sure where you change it in other PDA's. Then sync and you can set a new partnership with your new name.
