Tap the Powerbar icon in the lower right of your Today screen to open the Dell WLAN utility. Select Edit Wireless Profiles to arrive at the Configure Wireless Networks page, hold the stylus on the network name and select remove from the pop up.
While you are on that page, uncheck the "Automatically connect.." so it doesn't try connecting to other networks.
