To add to what psionandy is saying, don't just rely on the physical appearance of the unit. The x3, x3i, and x30 all share the same body, and both the x3i (which has wi-fi only) and the x30 mid/high (which has wi-fi and bluetooth) have the antenna bump.
What you should look at in the device itself is the 'About' screen, under the System tab. If you are running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition with a PXA270 processor, you have the x30. If you are only running Windows Mobile 2003 (*no Second Edition) and a different processor, then you probably have the x3i.
