Outlook email text storage?

I work at an office that has the worlds tightest security when it comes to installing programs on them. Anyhow, i jumped thorugh some hoops and convinced them to install my Axim software for me, though i was not here when they did so. So i want to know whether or not when they installed the Outlook for the Axim if they saved it on the storage card or built in storage. Is there even that option????? I have the attachments saved to the storage card but can't specify after the fact where the emails text store to.
