Axim auto startup on dock

Ive been having this nagging problem, which i think isnt really a bug, but annoying anyway

when i dock my axim onto my craddle, it automatically turns on, i can live with that since its probably trying to sync and stuff

however, if the pc is off at that time, and i turn the pc on, the axim turns on also, which is rather annoying to me

is there anyway to make the axim NOT turn on when the pc starts up?

Afriad not. As you mentioned, it is trying to sync up with your PC.

Have you thought of unhooking the USB cable and only syncing wirelessly?

All PDA I had did this.
It's a bit anoying, but I usually close it before it sync.

thanks for the help so far. my major problem is more to the fact that while the axim is sitting on the dock itself and is turned off, when i boot my pc, the axim also turns on

from what i heard so far, theres no way to avoid that? other than unplugging the usb cable?
