missing spaces in 1 gb sd card !!!!

anyone here know a good free format sd card program for axim x30(mid)?

i have a 1 lexar (normal speed) gb sd card...i had it for about 6 month. and recently i notice i missing some space in my sd card. for example, i have about 300 MB of mp3 music files, 200 MB of video files, and about 100 MB of programs files or personal files on the sd card etc. etc. so that add up to 700 MB worth...the question what happen to the rest of my spaces...im missing about 300 MB of files. is my sd corrupt or do i need to reformat my sd card? if i need to reformat it....anyone here know a good program for it? thx in advance.
