calendar question

I hope this hasn't been covered a million times (I did a search, and didn't come up with much), but I can't get my calendar to hold on to old dates. It's fine for now, and last month, but I had to track down some info from March, and all my March appointments were gone. I assume there must be someplace to reset this, but I odn't know where.

ActiveSync gives you the option of only showing appointments from a specific time frame, or all appointments. When your device is not connected, click on Tools - Options then highlight Calendar. Click on Settings to change the time frame.

Also, be aware that Outlook may be configured to automatically archive old appointments, so they too may be hard to locate.
